* All first-time over-the-net orders must be prepaid. Please contact us for an estimate including shipping before sending payment.

* Our design services are available for $25/hr, but you may send us a vector based file to avoid charges.

* Colors will be matched as precisely as available vinyl choices allow. Sample sheets of available vinyl colors may be mailed upon request.

* Banners are generally shipped within one week of your order. Standard shipping is UPS ground.

* Specialty vinyls are available - flourescent, reflective, holographic, glitter, or many styles... inquire over email with your needs.

* Vector art files are generally of the following formats: Adobe Illustrator (.AI) - Encapsulated PostScript (.EPS) - CorelDraw (.CDR) - Freehand (.FH*)

TIPS FOR FILE CREATION INCLUDE: Always convert all fonts to curves! We may not have your fonts on our system. Also, exporting your graphic to .AI 88 format almost always produces an easy-to-read file.

* for sweatshirts, hoodies, long sleeve shirts, or specialty items, please call for a quote.

* Other capabilities include screenprinting and embroidery.

Please be extremely specific in your instructions as psychic workers may not be on duty at all times. Any non-camera ready art will incur a $25/hour artwork charge. Rush service may be available for a minimum $25 fee but otherwise all work will require1 weeks for completion. All returned checks will incur a $35 fee.
